Open Question: Help buying a table tennis paddle?

I am no PRO but I can say that I’m good really good. I usually play with spins on the ball. I am willing to spend up to 100 $ on a paddle that gives a good spin ; ) which one do you recommend?
What brand is better, Butterfly or killerspin I had in mind of buying the killerspin Jet 600 but is there something better out there for less than 100 $ ?
