Open Question: I always get angry if I do badly while I play table tennis. How can I stop being so negativly and be positive?
Jul/100
I have been playing table tennis for 4 years and I like to think I am quite good but I am too hard on myself. I get really angry if I am not playing well in practices or in a tournament and start to be really negatively. I try really hard not to do this and but it always happens.
How can I stop this from happening as it is affecting my game in a bad way?

Open Question: is it too late for me to pursue a career of being a table tennis/ping pong athlete?
Feb/100
i’m a natural athelete, but have never taken any serious training.
about a year ago, my dad got a table tennis table. i never played it before, but after a few months, i became really really good. my dad isn’t that great, as he never took any proper training or anything, but his speed and everything is really good.
recently, through a few family friends, i met this guy, who in his youth, was a country-classed (srry, idk the work) ping pong player and i begged him to play me and see if i was good. well, obvisouly, i got owned, but to my surprise, he said that i had a lot alot of talent and was really amazing for someone who hasn’t taken lessons or anything. he encouraged me to take table tennis seriously and stuff.
but my parents don’t like the idea and want me to focus on my studies more… menaing that i can’t spend 5 hours of crazy training everyday.
is there still a chance for me to become a table tennis athlete if i train more and get real lessons….????
im 14 btw.
