Open Question: Bright red face after exercise, throbbing in head, feeling tired help!?

After i do any amount of exercise (it even happened after playing table tennis) my face gets bright red. It is so horrible that i dread every thursday that i have to do p.e. I have a history of asthma and i don’t think i breathe very well when i run so could that be why? When my face does go red i feel a heart-beat throbbing, a burning heat in my face and i feel like i could fall asleep. I have a natural red complexion with red cheeks so i was wondering if that means anything? It has only been happening for a few years. Will it help if i drink water? I find that it doesn’t turn red until i have sat down in class and stopped walking. any ideass?
Also i went to the doctors and they said my blood pressure was fine, what kind of doctor should i try go to? I Also want to start running on the treadmill 3 times a week, will it help if i do exercise for often?
