Open Question: What’s a good sport for a girl who jumps high?
Nov/100
i just quit volleyball after 2 years of club, and i want to do another sport. i’ve already done- dance, ice skating, soccer, swimming, tennis, and table tennis (that one was a complete failure) and i quit them all because i either was horrible at them, didn’t like them, or they were too expensive. volleyball was the thing i stuck with the longest, but then i realized i absolutely hate this sport and i’m no good at it either. anyways, i jump from 18-24 inches (i know its a big range, but i haven’t measured my vertical) and i turn 13 in april. i’m doing track this year (300m and the high jump… of course, my vertical is the only thing i can do well) so what other sports can i try because i really want to find something im good at and stick with it.
if this helps, don’t tell me to go back to volleyball. i do miss it, but when i was playing it it made my life miserable

Resolved Question: What sports should I choose for High School?
Nov/100
I am currently in 6th grade and next year I will go to high school. I have to choose winter and summer sports, and put a first choice and second choice but I don’t really know what would be best to put as first choice.
For winter sports it’s either table tennis or hockey. I was thinking hockey but I have never played it before and I don’t want it to be too much of a pushing/aggressive sport like basketball.
For summer it’s either volleyball or tennis. I play volleyball at school but I can only catch it, I have tried hitting it, I nearly broke my finger, so I don’t want to have to hit it really hard. And I haven’t really played tennis so I don’t know what to expect, my Mum says it will be fun, but I don’t want it to be too hard.
So please help me choose, I would appreciate if you also tell me about your experiences so it is more clear.
In Australia it’s called High School.

Who thinks starting a Ping Pong Club in high school is a good idea?
Mar/105

I am currently in the 11th grade and is starting to create a club of Ping Pong. While the proposals of the club longer than expected to start another in the 12th grade. Ping-pong game and my coach is willing to donate a painting to my school. Is it a good idea to create a club, so I can have a say in my college resume? I play table tennis seriously and go to competitions, so you might want to start a club. Any comments on this would be great!
