2 bedroom 1 bathroom s/laundry private court-yards-good size kitchen. bus at front gate. shopping centre next door Woolworth’s Harvey Norman & more, 5 minutes to beautiful Beach’s, and all there is to offer along the esplanade.nice view’s from this home & also watch your friends play out-door Bowls. with lake views as well, this village has a 18 Metre swimming pool- Hall with many things to do like Pool -Table-Tennis -functions- Barbeue’s. most of all friendly faces.

Open Question: I do over 300 push ups per day , is that fine?

I do 6 series in the morning before the school .
6 x 35 push ups
Then before training ( I train table tennis ) I do one series of 35 .
After training one more.
Before sleeping two pyramidal series ( 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 between each turn of push ups goes 5 seconds of resting )
On Monday I do normal , on Tuesday wide , on Wednesday diamond and like that until Sunday when I do push ups with hands flipped for 180 degrees ….
I never take a rest … there is no free day … because I’m afraid I’ll lose strength like that … once I didn’t do anything on Sunday and I couldn’t do entire series tomorrow …
It takes about one month when I increase series for 5 push ups … I do push ups since October … when I started with 20 per day … I did them because of too much time I spend in front of PC … but now I do it as hobby .
I want to ask is it fine I do so much and is it fine I don’t have any day of rest for over 5 months hahaha
I feel good … I’m warmed up all the day … except I’m getting worse at table tennis because I can’t move as fast as before hahaha

China was flawless in the Asian Games men’s and women’s team table tennis finals against South Korea and Singapore, respectively, on Tuesday, winning both matches in three straight games to win gold medals. The Chinese women’s team of Li Xiaoxia, Guo Yan and Guo Yue thoroughly dominated the matchup with aggressive play and pinpoint shots to the edges and corners of the table.

Open Question: Ping-Pong Ball Hit Out and Over the Table?

Imagine this scenario:
Player A and Player B are playing a game of ping-pong/table tennis.
Player A returns the ball very fast but too hardly and and it flies out of bounds (very obvious that is is going out of bounds)
Player B not having time to react, can not move his paddle/paddle hand out of the path of the ping pong ball, and the ball ends up striking his/her paddle and fell onto the ground.
Whose point would that have been?
I’m well aware that the rules have changed a good bit over the years and the official rules don’t state specifically what would happen in this situation (It says that Player B receives the point if the ball strikes him/her without bouncing on his/her side of the table first, but says nothing about the paddle). I want to know the latest update of the rules concerning this rule.
**EDIT:
Player B strikes the ball behind the playing table and the ball merely bounces off and goes a short distance (not far and passing over the table)
