I play table tennis using the penhold grip. I’m planning to buy a custom racket. Any ideas which blades/rubber/glue are best suited for a player like me?
I play an offensive style with a lot of top spin. Please tell me which products are best for me. Thanks in advance! :D

If you guys know how to buy those products please indicate where i can buy them. (online or if you know where to buy here in the Philippines then better. :D )

Resolved Question: What sports should I choose for High School?

I am currently in 6th grade and next year I will go to high school. I have to choose winter and summer sports, and put a first choice and second choice but I don’t really know what would be best to put as first choice.

For winter sports it’s either table tennis or hockey. I was thinking hockey but I have never played it before and I don’t want it to be too much of a pushing/aggressive sport like basketball.

For summer it’s either volleyball or tennis. I play volleyball at school but I can only catch it, I have tried hitting it, I nearly broke my finger, so I don’t want to have to hit it really hard. And I haven’t really played tennis so I don’t know what to expect, my Mum says it will be fun, but I don’t want it to be too hard.

So please help me choose, I would appreciate if you also tell me about your experiences so it is more clear.
In Australia it’s called High School.

Open Question: Table Tennis, should I use the same grip for forehand and backhand?

When I play table tennis I use the shake-hand grip but usually change how tightly I hold my bat depending on whether I’m using forehand or backhand. But I find that there isn’t enough time to switch between them. With forehand I tend to hold the bat loosely and with backhand I hold it more tightly. Are u supposed to use the same grip the whole time? That would make more sense but what type of grip should I use, loosely held or tightly held? Thanks in advance.
