When serving, do you bounce the ball on your side, hit it, then bounce on your opponents, or hit the ball, then bounce on both sides, or are both legal? Thanks.

I honestly don’t remember learning any of this:
1) The profits of a company are found by subtracting the company’s costs from its revenue. If a company’s cost can be modeled by 10x + 130,000 and its revenue can be modeled by 50x – 0.0004x^2 , what is an expression for the profit?
2) Suppose a table – tennis ball is hit in such a way that its path can be modeled by h= -4.9t^2 + 2.07t , where h is the height in meters above the table and t is the time in seconds. About how many seconds did it take for the table – tennis ball to reach its maximum height after its initial bounce? Round to the nearest tenth.
3) The revenue from selling x units of a product is given by y= -0.0002x^2 + 60x. How many units must be sold in order to have the greatest revenue? (Find the x-coordinate of the vertex of the parabola.)
Please help me, I’m not even looking for the actual answer, can someone please assist me through the process? Thanks!

okaay so my mother shes 40 and i dunno what to get her, i dont want it to be too expensive coz i dont have much money to spend.. she likes art etc.. but i dont wanna get her paints or a sketchbook,she has MILLIONS of them.. HELP?
and my dad is 45 and he likes golf and table tennis but theres nothing based around that i can get him.. and same not too expensive.. PLEASE HELP, SHOPPING TOMOROW AND I NEED IDEAS.
