buying a new bat online at the minute and ive been looking on the forums for a while now working out roughly what i want but i just have no idea what is sort of the average over all weight, (i dont want to buy online then find its rediculously heavy etc)

Open Question: Why can’t I lose any weight?

I used to be fatter then I am now, and have lost weight. But now I just can’t lose any more weight
Age: 11 years old
Height: 5′1
How long I have been exercising and dieting for: 2 months
What I have been eating: Anything with only one ingredient in it. Smaller meals (With some exceptions)
Exercise: 12k Bike ride 3-5 times a week. Squash once a week. Ab training once every 2 weeks. table tennis once a week. Drama once a week. 1.2k walk once a week.
What am I doing wrong?
PLEASE dont tell me it is puppy fat.

Open Question: im 15 how can i lose weight?

I’m 5′2″ but haven’t weighted myself for ages..last time i checked my weight i was like 51.5 kilos and haven’t gained a lot since then because i’m kinda active so i guess i can be 55 now..so summer is close and i want to lose weight so i can wear shorter stuff .. i can go run for an hour around the neighborhood in the morning everyday (i’ll start when im done with school)..and it won’t be hard for me to cut the sodas and the sweets because i want to lose weight badly because i feel that i’m bulky and really need to lose weight .. and by the way i am in the table tennis team in a sporting club and in summer we practice like 3 hours or 4 everyday but i’ll still go for a morning jog but my problem is that i need a healthy food plan that doesn’t have tons of calories because after i excersise i would go and eat a lot of food so it’s like i did nothing..any good food plans i can use that will help me losing weight?

Here is what I will be doing.
Biking 12k 3-5 times a week (depending on weather)
Running 3k 3 times a week
Playing Squash every Tuesday for 1 hour
Table Tennis every Thursday for 1 hour
Doing Hard out Cardio with my Personal Trainer once a week
Eating no sodas, juices, or energy drinks and no fatty food at ALL!

WTF! Can somebody answer who isn’t going to advertise cheesy websites with words they obviously use on every question they answer! I just went on a question about smoking and one of you advertisers posted a link to a fat loss site! WTF!
