Voting Question: i woould like to ask about my inguinal hernia!!! plzz answer! !!! plzzzz?

see i have a inguinal hernia for 2 years and,,4 months maximum..my age is 14. my age became 14 on feb 8 2010…
what should i do
should play football. and basketball.
can i eat fried things etc.. coca cola..etc
plzz tell me any harm by taking an surgery..
should i take a laproscopic surgery or a simple surgery..
my doc told me to have a simple surgery..
simple means by cutting skin etc..
plzz i need a simple ,man language..
not a hard doctor language…
and tell me other do’s and not dont do’s..
what time it will take after surgeory to become perfect???
to play football, cricket, basketball.
and important question is can i die of it ???????
and also tell me that if i will make extra pressure on my pernis to take out my urine..
will it effect on my hernia..
and will it make it more bigger.!!!!
the size of my hernia is like a table tennis ball + 25% more like a tennis ball..
if u need any additinal thingzz. plzz tell me..
and answer plzzz
