Open Question: Would you prefer the Disney Dream or a Royal Caribbean Cruise for teens?

This July I might be traveling on a cruise with my mom, dad, brother (12), and I’m 15. We’ve been on the Carnival Legend last summer on a 7-night cruise to the Caribbean. It was fun, but we spent most of the time playing table tennis and exploring the ship because we didn’t have many other things to do. And I also got a little bored outta my mind at times. (School was starting at that time so there weren’t many teens).
I prefer 7-9 night cruises to the Caribbean/Bahamas (that area) because you have more time to relax and have fun. I want to go to the teen clubs to make some friends to hang out w/ while we’re onboard but also some time to spend with my family. I want more of a “fun” atmosphere but also just a little bit of luxury and elegance. I’m a big fan of the Disney line and of Disney itself! (The cost isn’t a very big deal as long as it isn’t too outrageous!) But I’ve also heard that Royal Caribbean has skating rinks, surfing, rock climbing..etc. I want a cruise that’s nearly impossible to be bored on.
1. Which would you find more teens on?
2. Would a 12 year old have fun in a kids club? (My brother’s not a big fan of clubs, but he makes friends very easily).
3. What kind of an environment does each give?
4. How do the staterooms compare?
5. Anything else about your past experiences would be awesome!!

Thanks very much! :)
